Say you were crossing an intersection at the crosswalk with the walk signal. A man then goes to make a right turn stopping just centimeters away from you. He then proceeds to roll down the window and yell that he has a green light and therefore the right of way. If there was an actual injury to the pedestrian, who would win in a lawsuit?

A lot of intersections in Boston has the “yield to pedestrians on turns” sign, so that would definitely help…
